That is exactly what the owner provides to us- it’s not just about the meals (which we crave and can’t wait to be delivered every week) it’s also about the customer service, the quick turnaround, the reminder to order meals and keep our weeks on track. 100 percent worth making the investment- no more grocery lists, time spent at store and back at home prepping or cleaning up. Started with the meals for 2 weeks now and I'm already down 6lbs! They are super tasty and the convenience of not having to cook and just popping them in the microwave cannot be understated. Thalia is also incredibly knowledgeable and on hand for quicks tips on snacks and other meals to get you towards your goal. I recommend this to anyone.
I have tried almost all of the meals and love that new ones are added and the menu is changed up from time to time. They are perfect portion sizes and I love the amount of protein. It is so great to have healthy, high quality meals ready to grab and go throughout the week. And they are delicious!
